Join our fast-growing Property Management company and be part of a team that is dedicated to providing outstanding service to potential tenants and property owners! We are seeking an exceptional Leasing Agent who can help us take our business to new heights. This position is for our corporate Leasing Agent position, not onsite.
Responsibilities:
◉ Follow up with prospective tenants and conduct property showings/move-ins
◉ Create compelling ads and prepare leases
◉ Screen potential residents and maintain a quick-paced, well-organized workflow
◉ Use of company car while in the field
Requirements:
◉ Prior experience as a Leasing Agent and/or understanding of rental and leasing regulations (preferred but not required)
◉ Adaptability to new industry changes
◉ Must be willing to work at the corporate office Monday-Friday (Remote work not available)
